Today was the first day of camp! We are so excited to get the August session started. After meeting at the ferry with hugs and lots of love…
…we kicked things off with a fabulous lunch in the main cabin before jumping into our swim gear, loading onto the red bus, and heading to the beach! The weather, sunny and breezy, was perfect for a dip. Some of us swam, some of us rode the waves on the raft, and the rest of us hung out on our beach chairs and blankets to chat:
Afterwards, we headed back to camp, showered, and gathered again in an indoor barbecue, featuring some AMAZING homemade burgers! As the evening approached, we split into two groups to eat ice cream and watch the sunset– one headed to the cliffs at Aquinnah and the other to West Chop.
It was a beautiful and busy fun-filled day at camp. Thanks for tuning in and see you again soon!
