After much anticipation our first day of Family Camp arrived. Sadly it was a rainy day but in true Jabberwocky fashion, we made the best of it!
We picked up our newest best friends just after lunch. Here are a few family pictures taken as we loaded the red bus:
In effort to get to know each better we all made family flags to introduce ourselves.
Then we introduced the families to camp with a good old fashioned Cabin Challenge!
Every good cabin challenge must include the judges favorite, the stinky feet challenge.
I think the judges may have lost this round.
Next up was the jalapeño eating challenge. Apparently you win this challenge not by eating the most jalapeños but by eating your jalapeño the fastest. 
I’m not sure if everyone won or everyone lost this challenge, oh oh spicy!
We concluded the night of challenge with our new favorite the cupcake frosting handless spreading on your face challenge (working title).
This challenge was clearly won by all.
It was a great day getting to know all of our new best friends! We can’t wait for tomorrow when we will definitely have even more fun!
