We woke up to the early morning peals of the Jabberwocky bell, readying our hearts and spirits for the church bells soon to follow. Walking to breakfast, we saw with fresh eyes the havoc our parade preparations had wrought on camp, but knew we would smile through cleanup remembering the fun we had yesterday.
We were pretty tired, though.

After church, lunch, and a bunch of cleaning, we enjoyed a scavenger hunt organized by the ruthless JWo and Mandy, longtime counselors who returned with their family. Some of the items required photo evidence, and the results are…interesting.

Tomorrow is an exciting day: changeover! We are so excited to welcome campers, old and new. But we are also crying because changeover means goodbyes.

This golden couple got a few days together, but Seth is heading back to his job in Tennessee tomorrow. We’ll miss him, but they need him down there!
We’re sad Matt isn’t in the play, but we’re happy he got to live the dream and be a witch in the parade yesterday.
There were too many see you laters for our taste today, but we are ready to have some major fun tomorrow.
