Welcome to Jabberwocky 2015!
After lots of sweaty hard work and group bonding, camp was finally ready for the main event.
All rocking our gorgeous stone colored 2015 tshirts, a group of counsellors accompanied Jojo to Woods Hole to greet our summer family. At least two of us nearly lost our breakfasts to excitement (far better than seasickness) as we neared the dock.
Oh, and when we did…
The hugs and smiles flew as we greeted each other and bid parents adieu. We boarded the boat and settled in for the ride to Vineyard Haven, where we were greeted in style.
Kendra’s Shitzu Jose will surely miss her, but not as much as we do during the 11 months of the year we are not graced with this smile.
Hiding under that hat is a fly new haircut..stay tuned.

George had been at camp exactly .0001 seconds before he spontaneously sprouted this pink mane out of sheer joy.
With style like Scott’s, no wonder he has groupies.
After meandering back to camp in an extremely organized fashion, we settled into cabins and headed to lunch. Some friends told us about our year: Seth (SETH IS BACK!) has a new job stocking supplies at a hospital, and Nancy C.’s parents celebrated 50 years together!
After lunch, we had some cabin time and registered for college courses classes. Some of us took a trip to town, and others hung out on the main cabin porch or recovered from the journey to camp with some R&R.
Ben and Sam are started a boy band. Suggestions for a name are encouraged.
This season is all about pink, as demonstrated by Becca’s afternoon ensemble.
